How to Build Brand Identity SMEs with Logo???


What was first you imagined in your mind when hear the name of McDonald? In addition to the answer "fried chicken", generally we will answer the typical MC. logo all. How about hearing the word Pertamina or Petronas? Some of you would have pictured a state-owned oil with the latest logo letter P which consists of three colors and quite aesthetic . In summary, the logo symbol is always remind in the minds of consumers as a representative of the company's identification of the product.

Why does the logo (symbol of the product) is always present in our minds? The answer is quite simple. The fastest humans ability to understand something always derive from the visual sense of communication. For example in the form of images or symbols. So, naturally if the logo could be drawings, symbols, or a combination of both, the identity of the company's most remembered by consumers.

Therefore, the logo becomes the most powerful tool for companies to communicate values such as the company's strategic vision and company identity. Also, the logo can communicate in terms of culture as better service and friendly. To the extent that David A. And with the logo, it is hoped that consumer perceptions of product brand and corporate to get much better.

Up to now we have many companies that understand the importance of the logo as a brand identity. For example, Pertamina and BNI (Oil and Bank In Indonesia) , which cost big enough for the betterment of its logo. In addition there Indosat and Bank Mandiri, which take place its logo with the aim to provide a better perception of warm and friendly to customers.

If a big company or corporation to have to spend considerable funds to change the logo, what about small and medium enterprise (SME)? Should the application of the logo for SMEs? If SMEs understand the importance of the brand, it can be ascertained SMEs need to apply the logo. Why? Because the logo in a corporate is one of the most important brand identity. As mentioned earlier, the logo takes a very important role in consumers' minds. Especially role in creating strong perceptions about the product and our company.

For that, from now on SMEs need to make a logo that could have and convey strategic values such as vision, culture, and corporate identity itself. In that way, the consumer will get easily remember the brand of SMEs itself. As well as the strategic value of the SMEs. And if SMEs succeed in making the right logo and clear, it is not possible an SME can be the top of mind or the first consumer brand recall. If you are like that, then the sale of SME products just waiting for the occurrence improvement more significance every day.
